sliding dive yesterday

My sliding dive was pretty admirable... Goons are correct, I'm a "blonde" goat... sometimes a disaster... but luckily avoided any oncoming traffic. I got up, brushed off road debris and ran the last couple miles... blood trickled down my knee into my socks & stained shoe tongue. The gloves I had on skimmed along the road and took a lot of the abrasion... but elbow and knee are scraped... "we need scars as proof of our hard work" as track groupmate Linda Ford reminded me.

I can't take it anymore !
First you walk into a door and get injured and now you are sliding down Main St. in Mancheter into traffic. The Judge still is injured from running in a pothole. Then, to top things off, at track tonight I witness you and the Judge climbing over a fence to get on to the track ! I can't beleive you guys did not get injured again! I would suggest that you and the Judge simply do not run, walk, crawl or roll for the next few days until the marathon. Can the two of you please at least try to make it to the starting line !

Love you guys ! Doc:-/

Uh oh Judge, who is going to defend us regarding jumping over the fence at track last night?
