On familiar territory Saturday, Dave crushed his prior 5K times with a 39 second PR... that is huge... no question, he is fit right now...Dave ran 18 minutes flat, 5:48 pace to place 3rd overall at Jason M. Dedrick Run 4 Cure 4 ALS in Somerville.
(Steph thinks Dave is eyeing a bowl of chips here)

Dave is one tough runner who never quits. Great accomplishment. Dave did not deserve it, he earned it! Plus his wife also had a PR this past month running a marathon. Wow, what a team !
