I'd like to introduce evidence that the Goat used to be able to beat Judge... because she hasn't been able to recently... this is the final surge to finish line at the USATF-NE 6 K Championship on May 11th in Nashua.

yes that is true I've just been lucky but regardless who wins we have had fun and the Goon Squad have become great friends

was is the key word my foot is still bothering me I'm going to do the workout tomorrow
The Judge is now a running train wreck! He pulled his hammy again tonight running with me. Would be a good time to race him ! :-)
