What does this photo have to do with running? After 22 miles with speed on a hot, humid August day, it sometimes equals a Goon Quality "emergency stomach evacuation"... this photo also that day, represents not allowing it to get you down. But, next time Goatie is connecting with Mrs. Triage's old work buddy, an EMT, who on the weekends used to hook himself up to an IV when necessary. Please give me an IV !
