First night of 'fall' track session was warm, not hot, besides we're acclimated by August. Turnout for GTD was phenomenal... people know a good thing. What Professor F does, works. My track partner, Will, noted the impact of following F's program... he did 6:52 pace at Yankee Homecoming 10 miler last week!
My group of 'boys', Will & Tom, were exceptional trackmates... plus seeing friends... plus warm-up/cool-down with elites Taz, Kara, Codfather, Machina, Mr. T... no question, nothing better
