Today was winter weather advisory... freezing drizzle, 25 degrees (windchill 18)... snow covered roads... limited visibility... but we love our sport... so Lori and I went to the hills for some "surging" today... iffy footing and city plow trucks added to increase the challenge

Steph said last Friday she had coldest run of her life... underdressed, it was raining hard... she couldn't even get the gloves or shoes off when got back to the apt... Steph ended up wrapped in towels in front of space heater... I like how she rationalized that the run was basically an eighty minute ice bath.
