My invention... Doc D named it "Goat Kick"
... not full of sugar and needless calories
Citrus Vodka
Polar Diet Orange Dry
Seltzer water
Use a tall glass, throw in some ice cubes, add citrus vodka (amount per your preference) add seltzer water, leaving just a bit of room at top of glass for splash of Polar Diet Orange. Isn't Polar a sponsor for CMS?

and of course, don't drink so much that you in any way diminish your New Year's Day run
I like the 'Polar beverages' plug personally ;)...
Happy New Year, Sarah.
I named it Goat kick because there is so much booze in it !!!
Wow !!!!
Happy & Healthy 2009
Doc;-/
Now you say use a tall glass. How tall should that glass be? I have this great 28 oz. glass i won at a race, would that do? Do i really have to run the next day ;)
By all means Scott, I recommend the glass be a race one, thank God you pointed that out. OK, OK you don't have to run FAST tomorrow... just easy = )
Best to you in the new year! Goat-buddy.
Scott,
The Goat's drinks usually have
20oz of vodka so you should still have enough room for some soda.
Doc:-/ Ruff, Ruff, Ruff !!!
Hmmm...20oz of vodka with a splash of soda. Might as well drink from the bottle, Doc :)
Scott, the Goat is simply out of control. I had a Goat Kick with her New Years Day. What a kick !
Doc:-/
... "out of control?" ... I can't hold a candle to the Greek (Doc D) in that regard ; )
