Marathon Anniversary

Look, green leaves and clear roads... here's a shot from the Clarence Demar Marathon, September 28th. It was extra special because it was my 20th marathon, the 10 year anniversary of running my first marathon, and Demar was also the location of my first marathon.

I like how this photo shows my leg and arm muscles... my form seems pretty good too, for just running 27 miles... yes, the day Doc D and I got misdirected... what can you expect? we're Goons!
