Clarence Demar Marathon course. Keene, NH Professor had his hands full this weekend... runners balancing niggling injuries... political relationships... important long runs. Judge pushed through 2 injuries to complete his long run (24 miles!) whew... Doctor Death's achilles behaved and let him finish his long run (27 miles, Demar Marathon, see photo)... Hillcheck's dehydration unfortunately forced him to cut his a tad short, but he's young and will be fine... Mountain Goat is happily clapping her hooves too

... 27 mile marathon/long run? Doctor Death, Goat and about 6 others were misdirected... regardless, a superb day
MG and Dr. D. looking to tack on extra miles I see. Great job to both of you. Just beware of potholes
Stellar job yourself... and Goon-in-Training XC meet in RI?
He was 25th. He was pissed. Great for us but unless he is first not acceptable to goon in training
The Goat was out of control once again. She pushed me to run 27 miles. (ok we got lost) Her goal pace was 9:00 running Clarence Demar Marathon as a training run but I have no idea what happened. She finished at 3:41:54 and that was 27 miles.
I think she had lots of family in the mountains because I could hear little hooves clapping when I was running and I beleive that got her pumped.
Great job honey ;-)
