Sat - 9.5 miles w/ pick-ups
Fri - 70 minutes w/ Tito
Thurs - teach at Y; 9 miles (5 on track)
Wed - 5 a.m./ 3 p.m.
Tues - 5 miles (hamstring issue)
Mon - 60 min elliptical
Sun - 16 miles
Sat - 9.5 miles (w/ 15 pick-ups)
Fri - 8 miles
Thurs - teach at Y; 8 miles (4 on track)
Wed - 8 miles
Tues - 5 @ noon; track workout

Sun - race Rhody, 14 mile day
Sat - 4.2ish
Fri - 8 miles
