First GTD spring track workout for 2010.
Being back felt so good... strengthening in every way. Thanks "Pyscho" (Matt Pimintel) for the Merrimack River trail warmup... "Pusher" (John Murphy) and Bob as exceptional groupmates and "Brewski" (Jay Newton) for a our cooldown...
