WWUD?


What would Uta do? My knee has been bothering me since 1/1. Started with my usual patella getting off-track... stairs were a real issue, running uncomfortable, so my extraordinary physical therapist worked on me... we've been repairing this knee issue a few times a year for past 3 years.
OK, maybe I shouldn't have tried to return to running so quickly, but sometimes you don't realize that until after the fact. The initial problem seems better, but there's something else going on in another part of the knee. Back to PT today, wish me luck!

Find a good massage therapist for the patella tracking problem, mine fixed me up when no one else could.

I think taking a Bikram class would supplement your running tremendously, as well as help alleviate that joint pain. I could go on and on about the benefits but I'll spare you (haha). There's a studio in North Andover and 3 close to you in New Hampshire! :)
