Triage, Judge and Mt Goat felt privileged to have "national champion" Linda Jennings leading our group. Her talent and determination is extraordinary, we just tried to keep as close behind her as we could... follow her cue.Judge had his first complete track workout since injury and he got through the entire 14 hill intervals!
The temp was right to sport my new GSR jacket... color Goon Green, of course. I apologize for my incessant butt wiggling... trying to show off the GSR logo located on the "tail" of the jacket... I couldn't help myself
